Utviklingssenteret offers:
Norwegian language courses for refugees and immigrants living
in Sagene bydel
- 4 days per week for participants with little or no educational
background
- Norwegian language and vocational training
- 5 days per week for participants with health-related problems

Vocational training in cooperation with Fretex
Uviklingssenteret also assists with individual counselling in relation
to vocational training and work practice.
"Ny Sjanse"
"Ny Sjanse" is a qualification project for the long-term
unemployed immigrants who dependent on welfare. The aim of the project
is to prepare participants for the job market and permanent employment.

Introductory programme for refugees
The introductory programme is open to refugees who have lived 2
years or less in Norway. It is also open to family members of persons
with refugee status. The aim of the programme is to qualify participants
for a job or further education.
The basic element is Norwegian language training in bydel Sagene,
or in Oslo
Adult Education in Rosenhof. In addition there are Norwegian
conversation groups, language practice and computing.
