Jobbsøker'n
Bydel Grorud runs a qualification centre called Grorud jobb- og kvalifiseringssenter, where you can find the Jobbsøker'n project. Here you can get assistance with writing job applications and a CV, and advice on further education and the job-seeking process.

AFS - maintenance and caretaker services
AFS participants are mainly clients from Grorud sosialsenter. utfører maintenance work and caretaker functions in bydel Grorud. Contact Espen Bollum, tel 93 03 26 86, or Heidi Pedersen, tel. 23 42 18 43.

"Ny Sjanse"
"Ny Sjanse" is a qualification project for long-term unemployed immigrants, aimed at adapting and building skills for the Norwegian job market.

Introductory programme for refugees
The Introductory programme is open to refugees who have lived 2 years or less in Norway. It is also open to family members of persons with refugee status. The aim of the programme is to qualify participants for a job or further education

Har du små barn og trenger norskopplæring?
If you are following a Norwegian language couse, you can have a place fro your child/childen in Minibarnehagen. For å få plass i minibarnehagen må du gå på norskkurs. Classes are held in cooperation with Oslo AOF and Oslo VO Smedstua. Elever kan få tilbud om praksisplasser etter behov. Personlig frammøte.
